The clocked times pull into our payroll management software where they are automatically sorted by employee, compared to any rotas to show variance, subject to your company rules giving you a total for the week and warnings about any overtime or irregular working.
Your employee worked hours are available via PeopleManager in a very accessible and user friendly format allowing you to see a time sheet for each week, or historically by employee with costs split out for standard hours, overtime, holiday, any other rates of pay and employers NIC (National Insurance contribution) giving you a total cost for each employee and week.
