For employers who have workers who perhaps work irregular hours or are hourly paid the PeopleManager Time and Attendance solution is made for you. It allows for rota building and integrates with biometric clocking machines to help you keep track of working times, lateness, overtime and absence and can be configured with your company’s specific rules to make the data it provides as accurate as possible.
For organisations where the hours worked are not a key concern the benefits module helps to ensure that records of any benefits your employees enjoy are clear and accessible. PeopleManager can keep records of recurring benefits and renewal dates, values and changes.
The Pension record in PeopleManager is compliant with Auto Enrolment requirements and will remind the employer of the re-enrolment date of any employee who has opted out, allows for deferred enrolment periods, and also reminds employers on these for new starters.
Benefits information can be viewed via the Employee Self Service Portal and employees can, if required, make submissions to HR for information on new benefits and to change existing ones.
Also, via the Employee Self Service Portal the employee has full responsibility for their own key data. Changes they make in the portal can be directly exported for payroll removing the risk of data entry error which is particularly important when dealing with things such as new bank account information.
Finally, there is a wide selection of reports and exports to make all this information useful for a multitude of purposes and for submission to your payroll provider.
