The appraisal module in PeopleManager allows you to manage your appraisal process in an efficient, flexible, user friendly way utilising current technology to provide your employees and managers with electronic access to the appraisal process via the PeopleManager Employee Self Service Portal. It is designed to enhance the face to face element of the appraisal process helping to ensure that the information gathered during your appraisal process is managed and accessible.
We can use your current appraisal form as a template, or if you would like to create an entirely new appraisal we can happily do this too.
Appraisal forms can be created automatically against your approved recurrence e.g. quarterly or annually and can be configured to suit your organisation.
There is the option to create individual, specific forms for each job role and to include scoring criteria if required along with charts to plot progress.
Alert emails are triggered to show activity during the appraisal process to both employee and manager and the employees have access to past appraisals and feedback to enable progress and target tracking.
The whole process can also be managed from the PeopleManager HR software to ensure that all appraisals are dealt with in a timely way.
